So we are in the season of Chilly Mornings and Gorgeous Warm Afternoons. Since the afternoons are so nice and warm I have really resisted turning on the heat. This means the kids are quite cold in the mornings! Today is only 64 and the kids fingers feel as though they have been in an ice chest.
Levi has found a solution to this dilemma. He throws his sweatshirt in the dryer for 5 minutes to warm it up before putting it on. He is one creative kid! This morning Levi asked if he could put his sweatshirt in the dryer and I told him yes. Immediately Gage asks "Can I throw myself in the dryer?"
We have a propane Fireplace that doesn't have a tank yet. Last year we said we really wanted to have it ready to use for the winter but it never happened. But now I am thinking, it sure would be nice to be able to turn it on every morning just to take the chill off! I guess I am making some phone calls today!
